How Do They Work?

Contrast

I offer you three different options – light, medium, or obnoxious. No more messing with adjustment sliders.

Tone

I’ve provided a diverse range of options that’ll adjust your highlights, shadows, whites, and blacks to give your image the perfect tonality it deserves. These options are broken up into series with highly descriptive names, ensuring you the quickest workflow.

Clarity

I offer four different options here – light, medium, obnoxious, and ultra. Each preset pack has these intensities delicately scaled to reflect modern editing styles.

Color

While the previous three steps bring your image to life, this is when it gains a personality. With scrutinizing detail, I’ve sculpted up exceptional coloring options for each pack that adjust the hue, saturation, luminance, and split toning of your image.

Vibrance

By now, your image is looking mighty fine. Finish off the coloring process by adjusting the intensity of these colors with light, medium, and obnoxious options.

Extras

Each preset pack has added flair throughout the workflow to ensure your images achieve the looks that you crave. For example, my Color Film Workflow includes additional steps on adding grain and fading the blacks to perfect the medium format color film look.

Refinement

Now, you’re ready to move onto my Finishing Touches pack, designed to refine your edits with vignetting, sharpening, noise reduction, lens correction, chromatic aberration removal. These refinements, which give your work a professional finish, are highly encouraged for every image.

Coloring is the meat of most photographer’s preset packs. They sell you 5-10 different colors, randomly slap each of them together with different toning, and give them a stylish yet ambiguous name like, “Commute” to make them sound cool. Who am I & what do I know about professional photography?
Hey, I’m Josh! I’m a photographer, influencer, and traveler who’s been obsessed with cameras and making YouTube videos since I was nine. Since then, I’ve amassed over 350,000 YouTube subscribers, 90,000 Instagram followers, and over 65 million views on my photography YouTube videos for shooting tutorials and camera gear reviews. I’ve worked with brands such as GoPro, Adorama, Squarespace, Mountain Dew, Axe, and Boosted Board.

Living in New York City, I specialize in urban shooting, like street photography, cityscapes, and portraiture. I’ve designed my RapidFire preset workflow to work beautifully with all of these styles. I’m also obsessed with road trips and nature, having visited 25 U.S. National Parks (and some international ones) to shoot my other greatest photographic passion: landscapes. I’ve traveled the world shooting photos in places such as Italy, Spain, Iceland, Vietnam, Hong Kong, the UK, and more, but I believe you can shoot a phenomenal photo in any location.
